Sliding-Fee Scale

We have a variety of payment options and financial assistance though our Sliding-Fee Scale, which is based on your income, family size, and ability to pay. Eligible applicants may receive significant savings off the cost of their care. Our CIFC Health Eligibility Specialists can answer any questions you may have on patient billing, insurance, or help you with financial assistance applications. Our Eligibility Specialists help with applications to Husky/Medicaid, AccessHealthCT, and our sliding-fee scale. Call CIFC Health and ask to speak with an Eligibility Specialist today.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), CIFC Health offers sliding fees based on income in accordance with federal poverty guidelines and patient family size for all of our services. How Does it Work?

After enrolling in the Prescription Assistance program, you will receive your medications for a lowered fee at specific pharmacies in the Greater Danbury area. This fee is always much less than the usual cost of the medication. Ask your CIFC Health provider or front desk staff  or more information.
