Collaborations Boost CIFC For the Future

In 2025, CIFC cemented a number of new collaborations and partnerships that expanded the availability of services provided by CIFC Health and CIFC Early Learning Programs and brought new opportunities for children and teens to the community. These collaborations are an example of CIFC’s values in actions as we strengthen the organization and the communities we serve.

CIFC’s new collaborative partnerships include Luro Health, SoVita Chiropractic Care, Genoa Healthcare, Bridging the Gap, and the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield.

In late 2025, CIFC Health partnered with three organizations, Luro Health, SoVita Chiropractic Care, and Genoa Healthcare, to enhance the offerings available to CIFC Health patients at CIFC Health, rather than by referral to external providers and sites. Luro Health specializes in innovative, research-backed, healthy weight management services that are accessible via telehealth, with 24/7 support available to help patients achieve their health goals. CIFC Health is the first health center in the country to partner with Luro Health to offer such care to its patients. SoVita Chiropractic specializes in helping organizations like CIFC Health start chiropractic services in-house by providing experienced chiropractors and educational offerings on site. Once again, both partnerships allow CIFC Health to expand its service offerings to patients, making care more convenient and accessible.

And last but certainly not least, CIFC Health partnered with Genoa Healthcare in late 2025 to open a “closed-door” pharmacy inside CIFC Health at its 132 Main Street Danbury location, which exclusively serves all CIFC Health patients and CIFC Health employees and staff. This addition is a major benefit for CIFC patients and employees. Patients no longer have to travel to other locations to receive their prescriptions at the end of a CIFC Health visit and can instead leave with their medications in hand. Moreover, Genoa pharmacists’ integration with CIFC Health reduces the potential for miscommunication between providers and pharmacists and empowers the pharmacists to better address patients’ concerns. Genoa Healthcare has been recognized for helping to contribute to medication adherence and lower healthcare costs in health centers throughout the country.

As collaboration is a key value throughout CIFC, CIFC’s Early Learning Programs in Danbury and Norwalk also have a new collaboration to highlight: a new partnership with Bridging the Gap, which helps provide consultation, therapy, and screening services on site to better address CIFC’s Early Learning Programs’ students with autism in our classrooms. Enhanced screening of students and support for the teachers will benefit every child in the program, not only those receiving a diagnosis, as such support also helps improve the classroom environment.

Finally, one of CIFC’s highest profile new partnerships is with the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield (BGCR). In January 2026, BGCR opened their new Danbury Clubhouse inside the CIFC Danbury Community Center to provide after-school enrichment and a safe place for Danbury children to play and grow. The Clubhouse represents CIFC’s vision for the building - a joyful space filled with children playing ball, learning to swim, and being supported - coming to fruition. More detail about the Danbury Clubhouse’s offerings can be found at: Danbury Clubhouse

Collaboration is one of CIFC’s core values because it acts as a multiplier for good. With these new partnerships, CIFC helps strengthen the availability of services offered in the Danbury and Norwalk communities.
